The Full Moon of 2 July, 2015 raises once more the issue of unconscious fears. It will operate both on the personal level, principally influencing the area of our personal relationships, and on the social level (as already evident in the recent political developments*), since the very axis of Cancer-Capricorn concerns the dialogue between the private and the public sphere in our life's events.

Full Moon, July 2, 2015, 5:19, Athens, Greece

The ruler of the Full Moon's chart, with ascendant on 28°19’ Gemini (coordinates for Athens, Greece), Mercury, also in Gemini, in the twelfth house of the chart, triggers our inner dialogue and fears regarding the loss of pleasure, of joy, of the ability to choose the next step in our life and in our relationships, through its sextiles with the Venus-Jupiter conjunction, ruling the fourth-twelve and seventh house respectively, and positioned in the third house of the chart, and with Uranus, ruling the ninth house, placed in the eleventh house of the Full Moon's chart.

In reality, this system of aspects opens a dialogue on our hope and our inalienable right  to experience joy in our life and safety in our relationships, to feel that we are not limited in our expression. However, the placement of the chart's ruler in the twelfth house, as well as its sextile with the ruler of the twelfth house, Venus, in the third house, is a warning that our hope and belief that we can count on our own power to realise the things we are planning and which are now dominating our conversation, is disputed by acute existential fears, developments we are unaware of, and the mobility evident these days in the area of our fundamental beliefs, and of our "home", giving us the impression that there is nothing solid or reliable to support us any longer.

The Full Moon's Sun in conjunction with Mars in the first house, magnifies the significance we are attributing to the implementation of our plans, the good flow of our everyday affairs and transactions, so much so, that it makes it vital for our balance and peace. Nevertheless, the conjunction of the Moon, ruling the second house, with Pluto, ruler of the sixth, and its opposition to Mars, ruler of the eleventh, is dragging us back by showcasing intense fears of penury and complete disruption of the flow of our routine, and in consequence, the abortion of all our plans.

The increasing incoherence of the social process facilitated by Neptune, ruler of and in the tenth house, births uncertainty about our job and our ability to fulfill the demands of our daily life, increasing the subjectivity of the aforementioned polarity of personal power and vision versus unconscious fears and social expectations. The 150° aspect between the Ascendant and Saturn, ruler of the eighth and in the sixth house, is not much help either, as it speaks of asphyxiating pressure on our emotional processes, on financial partnerships and on the financial system itself, unless the demand for a happier life be gagged.

Nonetheless, the Sabian symbol of the 29th degree Gemini, where the Ascendant of the chart is to be found, is "The first mocking bird of spring sings from the tree top". Its quality is that of creative expression, of technique, and it is elucidated as "recapitulation of past opportunities at the threshold of a new cycle of experience. Realization of new potentialities"**. The ruler of the chart, Mercury, in the twelfth, and its sextiles to Jupiter-Venus, as well as Jupiter-Venus' triangle to Uranus, herald a great opportunity as they speak of the chance we are now given to negotiate the end of our fears by investing in more clarity in communication but also by allowing our beliefs and the things which make us happy, and not our fears and past injuries, determine our stance.

Should the latter happen, we would be able to earth the energy transmitted in bulk by Neptune culminating in the chart. As the point of release of the assisted opposition it participates in, alongside the Full Moon plus Mars-Pluto, it could back us with a certain ideal and a specific idea of how our daily life, our habits and our future should be, in departing from the strictly subjective and personal and apperceiving ourselves as part of a very able group which is all under pressure.

The externalisation of our worries had better at some point led us to the realisation that regardless of whether they concern our relationship and our family's well-being or our personal path, they do not burden our own life alone. This Full Moon creates the framework to help us understand that when fear surpasses us in person, it is better to face it collectively, because in the end, in a collective vision we may be free and optimistic to our heart's desire, and, if we want, avail of the beautiful expression "Strength in Unity".

Thursday's Full Moon will principally affect Aries, Cancers, Libras and Capricorns born in the first decanate of their star sign.

* It is evident that this Full Moon illustrates, among others, the circumstances that have led to the present political state. It fully emphasises the grip of fear that is now immobilising the people, and which is principally expressed in relation to Hellas' international relations and position. What it also elucidates is that this pressure is clearly fueled by an elite of money, in meetings held behind closed doors, and that this pressure is closely linked with the country's subterranean wealth [Moon-Pluto conjunction in Capricorn, in the seventh house].

Sadly, this conjunction also points at how the financial worries and fear of losing their comfort, may easily make the people an ally of precisely the forces that our now operating against them, and which seek to serve their own interests exclusively. The people could contribute in weakening the governing coalition who are at this precise instant attempting a clear, dynamic move aimed at improving the country's circumstances and future prospects, and at - once and for all - cutting the ties with the nebulous methods of the past [Sun-Mars conjunction in Cancer, in the first house].

The media, firing at will - but not selflessly, come to further raise the stakes. They fuel popular fears and stage fear-monguers to promote neoliberal, separatory, and-at-the-expense-of-the-many, "peaceful" solutions, in the interest of the banking system and the wealthy [Mercury in the twelfth house in sextile with Jupiter-Venus conjunction, and with Uranus], and in close cooperation with domestic and foreign inimical to the people, agents [Mercury in the twelfth house, Uranus ruling ninth, Jupiter ruling seventh].

The biggest bet in the chart is whether this whole collusion will turn against its creators, by producing such mighty pressure that will lead the people to fall back to a more mental (and therefore less fearful) or more romantic (and therefore more heroic), more collective and beneficial to themselves, position, and back their national substance and interests instead of partnerships of questionable gain, or whether it will entirelly blind the people and lead them, as a mob with the intelligence of a sheep, to let the wolves, triumphant, into theιr bed [Neptune in Pisces in the tenth house, assisting Moon-Pluto opposition to Sun-Mars].
